1. About BizCon
BizCon is a business discovery and connection platform designed to connect business owners with potential customers. Depending on your account and available features, BizCon may allow you to: • Discover businesses by category and location. • Search for businesses using location-based services. • View business profiles. • View business addresses and locations. • View business photographs and descriptions. • Contact or send requests to businesses. • Create and manage a personal user profile. • Register and manage a business profile. • Submit ratings, reviews, comments, and other feedback. • Receive requests from potential customers. • Manage business information. • Participate in other features that BizCon may introduce from time to time. BizCon is a platform for connecting users and businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BizCon does not itself provide, own, operate, guarantee, or endorse the products or services offered by businesses listed on the platform.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using BizCon, you represent that: 1. You have read and understood these Terms. 2. You agree to comply with these Terms. 3. You will comply with applicable laws and regulations. 4. The information you provide to BizCon is accurate and not misleading. 5. You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using BizCon on behalf of a company, organization, or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You may use BizCon only if you are legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law. If BizCon introduces age restrictions or additional requirements for particular features, you must satisfy those requirements before accessing those features. BizCon may restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account does not meet applicable eligibility requirements.
4. BizCon Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including information such as: • Your name; • Email address; • Telephone number; • Profile information; • Profile photograph, where applicable; • Business information, where applicable; and • Other information reasonably required to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities occurring through your account. You must not: • Share your account credentials with another person; • Create an account using another person's identity; • Create fraudulent or misleading accounts; • Attempt to access another person's account; • Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms; or • Use another person's account without authorization. You should notify BizCon promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Business Owner Accounts
BizCon may allow users to register businesses on the platform. Business owners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted about their business is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. Business information may include: • Business name; • Business description; • Business category; • Business address; • Business location; • Business photographs; • Operating information; • Contact information; • Verification information; and • Other information requested during business registration. You must not register a business that you do not own, operate, or have legitimate authority to represent. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions to submit business information, photographs, trademarks, logos, and other materials to BizCon.
6. Business Verification
BizCon may provide business verification or approval features. A business being verified, approved, listed, or displayed on BizCon does not necessarily constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by BizCon regarding: • The quality of the business; • The quality of its products or services; • Its financial condition; • Its legality; • Its qualifications; • Its safety; • Its reliability; • Its performance; or • The accuracy of every statement made by the business. BizCon may request additional information or documentation when reviewing a business. BizCon may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, modify, or remove a business listing where appropriate.
7. Business Listings and Information
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business listings. You must not submit information that is: • False; • Fraudulent; • Misleading; • Defamatory; • Impersonating another business; • Infringing another person's intellectual-property rights; • Illegal; or • Designed to deceive users. BizCon may modify, restrict, suspend, or remove information that violates these Terms or applicable law. BizCon does not guarantee that business information will always be complete, accurate, current, or available.
8. User Reviews, Ratings, Comments and Other Content
BizCon may allow users to submit: • Ratings; • Reviews; • Comments; • Feedback; • Photographs; • Business information; • Requests; and • Other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you submit. You agree that your User Content will not: • Contain false or deliberately misleading information; • Impersonate another person or business; • Contain threats, harassment, bullying, or intimidation; • Contain hate-based or discriminatory material; • Contain sexually explicit or exploitative material; • Exploit or endanger children; • Promote illegal activities; • Contain malicious software; • Infringe intellectual-property rights; • Violate another person's privacy; • Reveal another person's confidential information without authorization; • Be used for spam or unauthorized advertising; • Manipulate ratings or reviews; • Be submitted in exchange for an undisclosed incentive; • Be used to deliberately damage a competitor; or • Otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms. Because BizCon includes User Content, BizCon may moderate, review, restrict, remove, or otherwise act on content or accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Reviews and Ratings
Ratings and reviews should represent your genuine experience or honest opinion. You must not: • Create fake reviews; • Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings; • Review your own business deceptively; • Pay or reward people to submit misleading reviews; • Submit reviews on behalf of another person without authorization; • Coordinate fraudulent review campaigns; • Remove or alter reviews through deceptive means; or • Use reviews to harass a business or individual. BizCon does not guarantee that every review or rating is accurate or truthful. Reviews and ratings represent the views of the users who submit them and do not necessarily represent the views of BizCon. BizCon may remove reviews or ratings that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
10. Requests Between Users and Businesses
BizCon may allow users to send requests to businesses. A request made through BizCon does not automatically create a contract between the user and the business. Any agreement concerning: • Prices; • Products; • Services; • Delivery; • Appointments; • Payments; • Refunds; • Warranties; • Cancellations; or • Other commercial terms is between the relevant user and business unless BizCon expressly states otherwise. BizCon is not responsible for the performance, failure, quality, legality, or outcome of transactions or arrangements between users and businesses.
11. Payments and Commercial Transactions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BizCon is not the seller, provider, manufacturer, or supplier of products or services offered by businesses listed on the platform. If BizCon introduces payment functionality in the future, additional payment terms may apply. Users and businesses are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable taxes, fees, consumer-protection requirements, and other legal obligations relating to their transactions.
12. Location Services
BizCon may use location information to provide features such as: • Nearby business discovery; • Location-based searches; • Maps; • Business location displays; • Distance-based results; and • Other location-related functionality. Location functionality may require you to grant the appropriate device permissions. You may disable location permissions through your device settings. However, doing so may prevent certain BizCon features from functioning properly. Business owners are responsible for ensuring that business location information they provide is accurate.
13. Intellectual Property
The BizCon Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, interface, text, functionality, and other materials provided by BizCon, may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not: • Copy BizCon's software; • Reverse engineer the Service; • Modify or create derivative works; • Reproduce BizCon branding without permission; • Sell, rent, or sublicense the Service; • Scrape the Service for unauthorized purposes; • Attempt to extract source code; or • Use BizCon's intellectual property without authorization. BizCon retains all rights in its intellectual property except for rights expressly granted under these Terms.
14. Your License to BizCon
When you submit User Content to BizCon, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant BizCon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, promote, and secure the Service. This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and may continue where required for legitimate operational, legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
15. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use BizCon to: 1. Commit or facilitate unlawful activities. 2. Defraud or deceive other users. 3. Impersonate another person or business. 4. Create fake business listings. 5. Manipulate ratings or reviews. 6. Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person. 7. Upload malicious software. 8. Attempt unauthorized access to BizCon systems. 9. Circumvent security measures. 10. Collect another user's information without authorization. 11. Send spam. 12. Conduct unauthorized advertising. 13. Infringe intellectual-property rights. 14. Upload unlawful or harmful content. 15. Exploit or endanger children. 16. Use BizCon to facilitate scams. 17. Interfere with the normal operation of the Service. 18. Use automated systems to access BizCon without authorization. 19. Attempt to reverse engineer the application. 20. Use BizCon in a manner that violates applicable law.
16. Content Moderation and Reporting
BizCon may establish mechanisms allowing users to report businesses, accounts, reviews, comments, photographs, or other content. BizCon may investigate reported content and may take actions including: • Removing content; • Restricting content visibility; • Warning users; • Suspending accounts; • Restricting features; • Rejecting business listings; • Removing business listings; or • Terminating accounts. BizCon does not guarantee that every piece of content will be reviewed or removed.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
BizCon may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms; • You provide fraudulent information; • You misuse the Service; • You engage in abusive conduct; • You submit prohibited content; • You manipulate reviews or ratings; • You create security risks; • You violate applicable law; or • BizCon reasonably determines that continued access creates a risk to users, businesses, BizCon, or third parties. Where appropriate, BizCon may provide notice before suspension or termination. You may stop using BizCon at any time.
18. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your BizCon account subject to applicable law and legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes. If BizCon provides an in-app account deletion feature, you may use that feature to submit your deletion request. Additional information regarding personal-data deletion is provided in the BizCon Privacy Policy.
19. Third-Party Services
BizCon may integrate with third-party services, including authentication, cloud infrastructure, mapping, location, analytics, communication, or other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. BizCon is not responsible for the independent actions, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party services except where required by applicable law.
20. Availability of the Service
We attempt to keep BizCon available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will: • Always be available; • Be uninterrupted; • Be error-free; • Be completely secure; • Be compatible with every device; • Always contain accurate information; or • Always operate without delays. BizCon may temporarily suspend or modify portions of the Service for maintenance, security, updates, technical reasons, or other legitimate purposes.
21. No Guarantee Regarding Businesses
BizCon is a platform for discovering and connecting with businesses. BizCon does not guarantee that a business: • Is legitimate; • Is licensed; • Is qualified; • Will respond to a request; • Will provide satisfactory services; • Will honor a price; • Will complete a transaction; • Will provide safe products or services; or • Will meet your expectations. Users should independently evaluate businesses and exercise appropriate judgment before entering into transactions or arrangements.
22. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizCon provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BizCon makes no warranties except those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizCon and its owners, employees, officers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service. This may include losses resulting from: • Business transactions; • Business services; • User Content; • Reviews or ratings; • Incorrect business information; • Communications between users and businesses; • Service interruptions; • Unauthorized access; • Third-party services; or • Reliance on information available through BizCon. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizCon and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: • Your violation of these Terms; • Your User Content; • Your misuse of BizCon; • Your violation of another person's rights; • Your violation of applicable law; or • Your business activities or transactions with other users.
25. Privacy

26. Changes to BizCon
BizCon may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. We may also update these Terms when necessary. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the application, website, email, or another appropriate method. Your continued use of BizCon after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be handled through the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction in Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
28. Dispute Resolution

29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. No Waiver
If BizCon does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean BizCon has waived its right to enforce that provision in the future.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the BizCon Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to particular features, constitute the agreement between you and BizCon concerning your use of the Service, except where additional agreements apply.
